ALH was established in 2019 with a goal to provide the highest and quickest real estate services in Dubai. ALH Properties and ALH Vacations are sister companies specialized in residential homes, the first focused on sale and long term lease, while the later brings to the market high quality vacation homes, handpicking the best serviced apartments in Dubai.
We built our rapport as a trustworthy brokerage company through being completely transparent in our relationships with our clients, building a foundation of trust and understanding, and working with them closely to provide the best value to all parties. About the Owner
Assem Al Helwani the owner and managing director of ALH Properties and ALH Vacay, started his career in real estate back in 2014 as a property consultant at an international real estate company In Dubai, and rose through the ranks to become a Senior Sales Executive. Assem was recognized for his passion and drive for real estate as the top 10 agents for the years of 2018 and 2019. In 2019, forming a thorough understanding of Dubai real estate market, and what landlords and home-seekers pains, Assem resolved to start his own real estate agency to address their needs.
