Here’s what your day-to-day will involve:  

• Client Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their property needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Portfolio Building: Source and manage properties for sale or lease, ensuring a diverse and competitive portfolio.
• Property Viewings: Schedule and conduct property tours, showcasing key features and helping clients find their ideal property.
• Market Insights: Stay informed on Dubai’s real estate trends, property values, and market dynamics to provide clients with expert advice and analysis.
• Negotiations: Facilitate discussions between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, striving for favourable outcomes while adhering to local regulations.
• Marketing & Networking: Leverage social media, real estate platforms, and events to promote properties and expand your professional network.
• Transaction Management: Guide clients through the entire process, from initial inquiry to finalizing deals, coordinating with relevant professionals to ensure a seamless experience.

  What We’re Looking For We’re seeking ambitious and driven individuals with the following qualifications and skills:

• A positive attitude, determination, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work on a commission-only structure
• At least 2 years in a target-driven environment (preferred)
• A full or international driving license
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking abilities
• Confidence, professionalism, and a polished appearance
• Desire to learn, grow, and improve continuously
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, Internet, etc.)
