Do you provide any basic salary?

We do not provide basic salary; however we offer our agents commission slabs that reach up to 65%/70%

The Company covers all fees necessary to proceed with the RERA card; the company handles your visa and RERA card processing

We start the visa process within thirty days from the joining date, once all training and documents are complete.

We provide full training for new brokers. This starts with a four day training academy in our office, conducted by management and outside speakers, which includes an induction, full CRM training, and sales techniques training. This is followed by a 4 day ‘Real Estate Brokerage’ course carried out by IEREI. This course is specially designed to prepare its attendees for the RERA Brokers Examination and provide them with procedural, functional, operation, technical and legal knowledge as per Dubai Real estate Industry and RERA standards and is approved by RERA.

Once the training is complete, you will be allocated your specialist area where you will be working. Moving forward, the CEO and management carry out continuous training sessions in order to maximise deals closed and commission.

The percentage you are on represents the cut you take home from the commission you have generated for the company. Our company commission structure ranges from 50% – 70% for both our secondary and primary agents. New brokers enter at 50%.

Our career progression structure is clearly defined, allowing agents to work their way up from Consultant to Senior Consultant and eventually to Associate Director based on their performance and quarterly income. Yes, from day one. At ALH, we believe in providing flexibility, thus exposing our agents to sales, leasing, and the primary market.

Our head office is located in the heart of Dubai Marina. This is home to all of our agents and support team, thus allowing us to maximise the support given to the agents. This includes admin, marketing, and HR.

While experience is a plus, it is not always required. We look for individuals with strong sales backgrounds, resilience, and a drive to succeed. Our training and mentorship programs are designed to support both beginners and experienced professionals. Please refer to the available job opening.
